Cangzhou Chenzhou Pipeline Co., Ltd. is a key specialized welded pipe enterprise in Hebei Province. Established in 2021 and located in Yanshan County, Cangzhou City, the company now operates two manufacturing plants and four production workshops, covering a total area of 152,000 square meters with a building area of 32,500 square meters.
Boasting strong technical capabilities, the company employs 368 staff, including 56 engineers and 86 technicians. It is equipped with 8 advanced double-submerged arc welding spiral steel pipe production lines, capable of producing pipes with diameters ranging from 219mm to 3820mm and wall thicknesses from 6mm to 30mm. Additionally, one longitudinal seam pipe production line produces pipes with diameters of 33mm to 114mm and wall thicknesses of 2.5mm to 8mm. The annual production capacity of "Zhou Brand" spiral and longitudinal seam steel pipes reaches 300,000 tons. The company also operates 4 insulated pipe production lines and two 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe lines, capable of producing polyurethane insulated pipes, steel-sleeved steam composite pipes, and 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes up to 2,000 kilometers annually, in sizes from DN20mm to DN1400mm.
The company's products are widely used in oil and natural gas transmission, urban water supply and drainage, thermal pipeline networks, as well as in projects such as road and bridge construction, power and chemical industries, shipbuilding, steel structure frameworks, machinery manufacturing, and construction piling. Since its establishment, products have been supplied to over twenty provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China and exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, America, and other countries and regions.
