Scale and Production Capacity
We operate two manufacturing plants and four production workshops, spanning a total area of 152,000 square meters. Our annual production capacity reaches up to 300,000 tons of spiral steel pipes and longitudinal seam steel pipes, along with 2,000 kilometers of insulated pipes and anti-corrosion steel pipes.
Technical Expertise and Technology
Our facility is equipped with 8 advanced double-submerged arc welding (DSAW) spiral steel pipe production lines and one longitudinal seam welded pipe production line.
This enables us to manufacture large-diameter, thick-walled pipes, with our spiral pipes capable of reaching diameters up to 3.82 meters.
Furthermore, we operate 4 insulated pipe production lines and two 3PE anti-corrosion coating lines, allowing us to provide diversified product solutions.
Quality Assurance & Certifications
Our commitment to quality is demonstrated by our international certifications, including ISO 9001:2008 for quality management systems and the API 5L specification from the American Petroleum Institute. This standard is upheld by a dedicated professional team of 56 engineers and 86 technicians, ensuring robust technical expertise in every project.
