3PE anti-corrosion pipeline is a three-layer anti-corrosion structure pipeline, with epoxy powder (FBE), adhesive, and polyethylene (PE) coated on the outer wall of steel pipe in sequence. Its core advantages lie in its strong anti-corrosion performance, long service life, and adaptability to complex environments such as soil, water, and chemical industries.
It is widely used in long-distance pipelines for oil, natural gas, water supply and drainage, etc. Through high-temperature fusion bonding process, three layers of materials are tightly combined, relying on epoxy powder for corrosion protection and polyethylene for impact resistance and anti-aging. Its service life can reach over 30 years at room temperature, making it one of the mainstream pipeline anti-corrosion solutions.

The company was founded in 2021 and is located in Yanshan County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. It now has two manufacturing plants and four production workshops, covering an area of 152,000 square meters and a construction area of 32,500 square meters. Our company has a strong technical force. Currently, we have 368 employees, including 56 engineers and 86 technicians. We have 8 advanced double-sided submerged arc welded spiral steel pipe production lines, capable of manufacturing double-sided submerged arc welded spiral steel pipes with diameters ranging from 219 to 3820mm and wall thicknesses from 6 to 30mm. The company has one straight seam production line capable of manufacturing straight seam steel pipes with diameters ranging from 33 to 114mm and wall thicknesses from 2.5 to 8mm.
